Leaves and other organic material not covered.  This warranty applies to shingled roofs only, no other roofing materials are covered. Roof must be free from tree cover and situated in full-sun in order to be covered.

13 Month No Green Guarantee covers only green algae on vinyl siding. No other surface is covered.

Plant Damage: Damage to plants and grass. Plants and grass may due to overspray have some discoloration. Measures are taken to mitigate this from happening. In the unlikely event that a plant or grass is damaged beyond yellowing which resolve in time no plants will be replaced until enough time has elapsed to determine viability. Plants or grass will be first trimmed. No plant will be replaced unless it is determined to be dead or damaged beyond restoration.

In allowing Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC to provide services you authorize your property to be used in marketing materials.

All work is payable upon completion if terms are required they must be agreed to by Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC and customer.

If you give us a cellular or mobile telephone number or email address, you acknowledge and consent to our use 1) that telephone number to call you or to send a text message in regard to your account or service inquiry, even if you incur a cost or charge for such telephone call or text message; 2) auto-dialers and pre-recorded messages in connection with any telephone calls made and text messages sent you; and 3) that email addresses to send you messages about your account or inquiry for services.

By scheduling work and allowing Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC onto your property you accept the terms and conditions herein.
This Estimate form and/or Invoice is a legally binding Agreement. By selecting the “Approve” button on this Agreement, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You hereby agree to pay all estimated charges upon completion of work. Your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this Agreement. By selecting “Approve” using any device, means or action, you consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this Agreement. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature, and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting agreement between you and Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC. You are also confirming that you are the person authorized to enter into this Agreement. You further agree that email, text or verbal correspondence indicating work approval equates to your E-Signature and constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they exist on the date of your E-Signature on this form.
For invoices, your payment of this invoice from Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC. is indication and proof that work is completed to your satisfaction and you agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions as stated above.
Indemnity

Any unauthorized or non-consented to audio recordings voids all warranties and refunds.

Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC will not be held liable to previous damage nor uncovered issues the cleaning reveals. Vinyl siding oxidation is not the result of cleaning rather the aging process of vinyl siding. Water spots may be visible following cleaning of vinyl siding this can occur several hours following service. The soft wash cleaning process by its very nature is non destructive or damaging any water leaking into home or roof following cleaning is not the result of the cleaning but an underlying condition that the cleaning revealed. Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC is not liable for said conditions, in accepting said terms the building owner releases all liability. Not all stains may clean or be removed during cleaning this is a result from either lack of prior maintenance, end of product life cycle or other factors beyond our control. Red clay staining will generally not be removed with low pressure cleaning, or high pressure cleaning. The stain may lighten but will not come off. Rust staining will not remove via low pressure cleaning as it is not the result of organic matter. For rust removal additional charge applies and staining may not completely remove.

105% Satisfaction Guarantee all work will be completed to industry standards if unable to be allowed to correct any issues no refund will be provided. Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to previous damage the cleaning reveals or surfaces that are past life cycle or have not be maintained. If still unable too satisfactorily rectify a refund will be provided. Payment implies 105% Satisfaction no refund will provided after payment has been received.

You agree to indemnify and hold Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of services provided by Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC.

Curb Appeal Solutions SC, LLC reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notices are due a minimum of 3 days prior to the work in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation 1 – 2 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $100 booking fee for holding the date. Cancellation after technician has been dispatched to site will result in customer being responsible for a $100 booking fee, as well as any Trip fee associated with job. Any materials that have been purchased specifically to fulfil your order are non-refundable (i.e Raindrop Gutter Guards, Christmas Lights, etc)
