How To Prepare For Your Upcoming Service

Thank you very much for scheduling a cleaning service at your home or business. You are on your way to Curb Appeal! To help you be prepared here are some questions often asked and some tips.

Although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our exterior cleaning services without you being present at your home. We prefer you to be home for a final walk around to make sure you are 105% satisfied. If you plan to be away from home during the time of service please allow us to have access to all parts of your property that will be requiring cleaning. If you will not be home a check must be left or a credit card on file to be run upon completion for work to be performed.

  • Please ensure that all of your doors and windows are completely shut.
  • Please ensure that we have access to all parts of your property.
  • Please ensure that we have access to a working water source.
  • Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home.

Our pressure washing terms of service:

We are not responsible or liable for any of the following:
Pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing. If drainage is poor we cannot be responsible for puddles as this predates the service.

Standard pressure washing does not include the removal of any of the following:
Rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or any other non-organic material from your surfaces. See our website for a complete TOS.

  • Please make sure to water all of your plants thoroughly before we arrive.

Do I need to be concerned about my plants?
We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your plants.  Plants are rinsed prior to cleaning, during the cleaning process and after.  We have a saying “ our solution is dilution.” We also make sure to divert or capture runoff from gutters that terminate into plant beds or lawns.

  • Please ensure that we have access to all parts of your property.
  • Please ensure that we have access to a working water source.
  • Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home.
  • Please let us know which garbage bin you would like us to dispose of all of the debris that is extracted from your gutters.

Our gutter cleaning terms of service:
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your gutters or your siding. we are not responsible for the outcome of your gutters in any way if they are not in good condition or any of the following criteria is present: loose nails rotting wood or any visible detachment of the gutter from the house. If your gutters need downspout clearing we do offer this service but we do not provide underground clearing of the downspouts.

If you are home during the cleaning payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service a check must be left in a safe location or a credit card on file which will be run when the cleaning is complete.

All commercial cleaning services are subject to net 30 payment terms. A discount of up to 2% will be provided if paid upon completion. You will be emailed an invoice with a link to a secure payment portal.
